Very simple and high quality engine. Sand/dust in the intake air has ruined the rings in many off highway engines. You can never spend too much money replacing air filters in these little engines. They can’t tolerate being ran hot due to stopped up radiators. Heads will crack if they get too hot.

Always a good idea to rinse the gear boxes that have had water in them and gunk at the bottom with diesel. Then drain it thoroughly and flush til it comes out clean. Fill with gear oil and run for an hour, then change oil again. You want all the crap at the bottom to rinse out. Use your air hose with a stiff hose or long spout to blow in and mix the diesel around. You can fill the engine with diesel as well but do not run it just use it as a cleaner to get rid of the crap in the pan. Drain thoroughly and then fill with engine oil, again make your first oil change after an hour or two, then go on the recommended intervals. Water is probably coming down the shift levers if the machine is left outside.

Always repack your bearings with grease, you can do it old school, Or you can buy a bearing buddy, Rotation Hand Bearing Packer Tool, Inject Bearing Grease into Bearing, I like old school the best you can see all the grease going to all the parts of the bearing. And watch all the old grease coming out! Always run your wires close to the frame, that way you want rip them out. Other than that, I thank you done a great job! Keep up the good work

Great job but you're putting too much tension on those wire joints and not enough support on the wires. They'll pull free or break after enough time and road vibration.

Great video, how did you get such a smooth paint job, i saw the grinding of the old paint but when i grinding my trailer, the old paint was still their and the paint came out bumpy.
